Legal immigration status. If you don’t have a legal immigration status, you’re not elegible for Obamacare. This program was created to protect American citizen and people who have a legal immigration status (e.x. current work permit)
You cannot get medical coverage by your employer. This is considered as minimum coverage
Apply during the determined time frame. The enrollment for 2023 starts on November. There is some exceptions. It’s important to check the news near November 2023 in case you’re thinking of applying for the following year.
